<\/span><\/div>Our Story<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>If the walls of K\u0151r\u00f6si Csoma S\u00e1ndor College could speak\u2026 It was 2009 when five enthusiastic psychology students, friends, and college roommates plastered their room walls with flip-chart papers because they believed in a shared vision. With shining eyes, they brainstormed late into the nights, confident they were going to create something lasting. They believed in each other and perhaps in themselves, too. They wanted to work together and make psychological knowledge and services accessible beyond traditional therapy offices. They were determined to change the world in their own way. In 2010, they succeeded: the J\u00f3L\u00c9lek Psychological Foundation was officially established. Back then, we had no office, no clients, but we had faith, enthusiasm, and optimism.<\/p>\n
More than 14 years have passed since then\u2026 Over the years, we moved into increasingly refined workshops. The psychology students have become experienced specialists, gaining experience in schools, pedagogical services, family support centers, hospitals, and multinational companies. The original team grew, evolved, and became a supportive and inspiring community. The organization matured, hosting numerous educational programs (Encounters Evenings, Begin Living Camp, PsychoCaf\u00e9\u2026), lectures, and workshops. We became a practice site for ELTE\u2019s Faculty of Education and Psychology, now mentoring psychology students who come to us.<\/p>\n
We are proud that despite challenges and changes, the J\u00f3L\u00c9lek Psychological Foundation has been a stable point for 13 years, offering a welcoming environment for enthusiastic and open-minded psychologist colleagues, students eager to learn, and people seeking help. We proudly say that this is an organization where it feels good to arrive.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
