“Your vision will become clear
only when you can look into your own heart.
Who looks outside, dreams;
who looks inside, awakes.”
/Carl Gustav Jung/
From time to time in our lives, we may struggle to find our place in the world or maintain our balance. Perhaps we feel we are not functioning as we would like, or our body is subtly or strongly signaling that we have neglected ourselves. At other times, sudden changes in our environment arise that we cannot immediately respond to. In such moments, the presence of an understanding outside observer can be invaluable—someone who can see the world from a different perspective, help us piece together what we feel is broken, and guide us toward reconnecting with ourselves and staying in balance with our environment.
I most often work with young adults or adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, fear, or burnout in their professional or personal lives. Some struggle with low self-confidence or self-esteem. Together, we explore practices such as autogenic training, relaxation techniques, or symbol-based meditation to help them regain control over their bodies, relate to themselves with greater acceptance, and engage with the world through a healthier, more positive outlook on life.
When facing loss, change, or difficulties in relationships, I support clients in becoming more aware of their inner processes. These times often involve a mix of intense emotions. We identify existing resources and opportunities that can help them adapt to new life circumstances. In such cases, developing the ability to let go, practicing acceptance, and cultivating emotional flexibility can be especially valuable.
When choosing, planning, or changing a career, we work together to identify personal needs, motivations, values, and both short- and long-term goals, aligning these with the opportunities the job market offers. This process may involve examining strengths, abilities, and skills to assess how well they fit the requirements of the desired position or profession, and considering which education or training programs could increase the chances of success.
I encourage and support my clients to accept themselves and trust in their own values. With this foundation, they can discover their path, clarify their goals, make courageous decisions, and take responsibility for their lives. In doing so, they open the way to change, growth, progress, and the achievement of their desired goals.
