Staying up-to-date with current knowledge is an essential part of our work. Alongside professional preparedness, it is equally important to maintain our own psychological well-being. This is why building our community, supporting one another, and fostering professional development are core values for us. Our goal is to enable as many psychologists as possible to begin their careers with this mindset.

Currently, psychology students from the master’s and postgraduate Psychology programs at ELTE and the University of Szeged complete their mandatory professional internships at our Foundation as part of their academic training. We are also open to establishing new collaborations with other institutions.

The JóLÉlek Psychological Foundation offers a mentorship program for its collaborating psychologists and university interns. Through this program, they receive personalized support from an experienced psychologist colleague for questions arising during individual case management, as well as assistance in establishing and managing their personal client base.

In addition, we provide regular case discussion and supervision sessions, team-building activities, and other professional events to ensure growth not only on an individual level but also as a community, benefiting both junior and experienced colleagues alike.
