Hajba Zsuzsanna
counselling psychologist
I started my professional career in business, working in marketing for over 10 years in Germany. The stressful lives of my colleagues, the disruption of work-life balance, and my own personal challenges prompted me to slow down, reflect, and reconsider my priorities. I began to think about what brings meaning and happiness to my life. After a long journey of self-discovery, I decided to change paths and continue my career as a psychologist. I am convinced that the path to harmony of body, mind, and spirit lies in self-awareness. I believe that everyone has the potential for a happy life. In 2019, after 20 years in Germany, I returned to Hungary.
As a psychologist, I see my work as that of a guide, supporting my clients on the journey ahead with my experience. I help them navigate obstacles and encourage them to recognize and use their own strength and resources to reach their goals. During counseling, I aim to create a judgment-free atmosphere based on trust and collaboration.
I work in Hungarian, German, and English. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
I offer my help in the following topics:
- self-awareness: building healthy self-confidence, self-esteem, self-efficacy
- life counselling, helping to adapt to changes
- finding solutions in case of life difficulties, developmental or situational crises
- workplace stress management, burnout prevention
- improving work-life balance and self-care
- development of conflict management and frustration tolerance skills, social competences
- improvement on handling anxiety-related – but not clinical – problems, performance anxiety
- support for lifestyle changes and career changes
For my work, I rely on the knowledge acquired in the following trainings:
