Welcome to a space where you can be yourself!

Taking this first step isn’t easy. You may feel afraid or uncertain, perhaps even worried about what might happen if you say out loud what’s been going on inside. Whatever brought you here‌ matters, and I am proud of you for being here!

I believe that every person has inherent value, and that within each of us lies the possibility for growth. When someone comes to see me, I do not see a problem, but a person carrying something difficult. For me, our work together is not about fixing, but about accompanying you, thinking together, and gently attuning to what is unfolding within.

I deeply value individuality, sensitivity, and creativity, and I don’t work from rigid templates. Personal stories, new perspectives, humor, and even silence all have their place in the process. I take crises seriously, and ‌ I believe that loss, pain, and unexpected change can become not only survivable through our shared work but meaningful and integrated. Over time, even our wounds can transform into inner resources.

My professional approach is shaped by the practical tools of cognitive behavioral therapy, the unconditional acceptance of the person-centered approach, and the relational thinking of systems theory. In our work together, we pay attention to thoughts, emotions, bodily reactions, recurring patterns, inner conflicts, and the relational context in which we live. I do not provide ready-made solutions, we think things through together. I do not rush or force the process, yet I am committed to truly helping, sometimes with concrete tools, at other times in a less structured way, while considering patience, acceptance, and empathic presence just as essential as growth itself.

I earned my degree with a specialization in counseling and school psychology. During my university studies I also focused on various intervention methods and positive psychology approaches. I gained several years of professional experience as a Peer Counselor at ELTE, and later continued my work as a volunteer with the JóLÉlek Foundation.

I offer counseling in both Hungarian and English.

If these thoughts resonate with you, I warmly invite you to begin counseling.

Let’s work together to help you move beyond uncertainty and learn to trust yourself!
