Heisz Lívia
psychologist, child psychologist
From time to time, we all encounter situations in life when something changes and we need to find a new direction. Whether it is about further education, the development of our career, relationships, friendships, or parenting, it is often not easy to find the decision or path that truly suits us.
Both in my professional work and in my personal life, I have found that these turning points require a great deal of energy and attention. At such times, we can easily become uncertain, lose our sense of direction, and find it more difficult to see things clearly on our own. I believe that asking for help in these situations is not a sign of weakness – quite the opposite: it can often be the first step towards becoming closer to ourselves and understanding what we truly need.
As a psychologist, I aim to support those who turn to me in gaining a better understanding of themselves and their situation in an accepting and safe environment, and in finding the solutions that are most suitable for them.
In addition to Hungarian, I also provide consultations in English and German.
I can offer support in the following areas:
- parenting-related issues
- career guidance and career development
- self-awareness and self-actualisation
- life counselling
- moving abroad and returning home
In my work, I draw on the knowledge acquired through the following training programmes:
