“You need not hurry. You need not sparkle. You need not be anybody but yourself.”
    Virginia Woolf

As a psychologist, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where those who come to me can feel safe and work through their difficulties at their own pace. In our work together, I place great importance on an accepting, nonjudgmental atmosphere and on tailoring consultations to each person’s individual needs and goals.

In my work, I draw on the principles and tools of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and autogenic training (AT). CBT is an evidence-based, goal-oriented approach that helps people understand the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Together, we explore patterns of thinking and behavior that contribute to difficulties and seek new, more flexible ways of coping. As a relaxation method, I teach autogenic training (AT), which promotes physical and mental relaxation and helps reduce tension. With regular practice, this technique can also help manage everyday stress and cultivate inner balance.

Supporting LGBTQ people is especially important to me. I take an LGBTQ-affirmative approach grounded in respect for identity, individual life experiences, and living authentically. I strive to provide a safe, accepting space where everyone can speak freely about the issues that matter to them without having to meet others’ expectations.

I can help with the following areas:

    • Anxiety, excessive worry, and stress management
    • Lack of self-confidence and difficulties with self-esteem
    • People-pleasing, setting boundaries, and difficulty saying no
    • Perfectionism and fear of making mistakes
    • Relationship difficulties
    • Recognizing and regulating emotions
    • Self-awareness and personal growth
    • Feeling stuck in life and making decisions
    • Quarter-life crisis and questions about becoming an adult
    • Social skills and navigating social situations
    • Questions related to LGBTQ identity, self-acceptance, and authenticity

In my work, I rely on the knowledge acquired in the following trainings:

    Degrees in Psychology:

    • MA in Psychology, Eötvös Loránd University, specialization in Clinical and Health Psychology (2021 – 2023)
    • BA in Psychology, Eötvös Loránd University (2018 – 2021)

    Other professional and method-specific training:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Consultant – VIKOTE Center for Cognitive and Schema Therapy (2025 – ongoing)
    • Autogenic Training Instructor – MRSzE Hungarian Association for Relaxation and Symbol Therapy (2022 – 2023)
