    counselling psychologist

At different stages of our lives, we may all find ourselves in situations where it becomes difficult to navigate the complexity of our feelings, desires and intentions, or where we experience inner conflicts. Life changes, relationship difficulties, challenges in making decisions, losses, or even the uncertainties of everyday life can bring up questions that are difficult to answer on our own.

In my work as a psychologist, I place particular importance on establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. This provides an opportunity to explore current inner dilemmas and gain a deeper understanding of the relationship patterns and past experiences underlying them. It also creates space for experiencing and accepting emotions more freely, allowing for a deeper understanding of our inner world. Throughout our work together, I also support clients in identifying and drawing upon their inner resources, always respecting their individual pace.

I believe that gaining a deeper understanding of our feelings, desires and needs can help us turn our insights into meaningful changes, decisions and actions in everyday life. This, in turn, can create opportunities for personal growth and self-expression, and help us build a life that feels authentic and true to ourselves.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to make an appointment.

I offer my help in the following topics:

    • Self-awareness and personal development

    • Coping with stress
