What happens within us when we face difficulties? What might we discover about ourselves when we approach our feelings and reactions with curiosity and compassion? How can this understanding help us see possibilities beyond our familiar patterns, giving us greater freedom to make choices and embrace change in ways that reflect our needs?

As a psychologist, I accompany clients in exploring these questions. I strive to build a safe, accepting relationship in which each person can turn towards their inner experience at their own pace. With compassionate curiosity, I accompany them in understanding what feels difficult. During our sessions, we make room for feelings and bodily sensations as well as thoughts. This attention can help us become more aware of our inner experiences, needs and habitual reactions.

My work is informed by Compassionate Inquiry®, an approach based on the work of Dr Gabor Maté, in which I am currently training. Together, we explore how past experiences may shape our beliefs about ourselves and our relationships. We approach with understanding the ways of adapting that once helped us but may now be limiting us. Through our work together, I support greater awareness and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves, helping us experience more inner freedom and make choices that reflect our needs.

Please feel welcome to get in touch or ask any questions.
