„Everything can be taken from a person except one thing: the ultimate human freedom — to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.”
    Viktor E. Frankl

I deeply agree with the words of Viktor E. Frankl. No matter what difficulties we face, we have the possibility to choose our attitude toward the situation. In this choice, I consider self-awareness to be of key importance.

As a psychologist, connection is important to me — a space in which the client can experience unconditional acceptance. The methods used during psychological consultations help uncover our personal values and goals, recognize and accept the difficult emotions within us, and identify the motivations underlying our behavior. My goal is for the client to live a more conscious and authentic life.

I can provide support in the following areas:

    • Stress management
    • Self-awareness
    • Conflict management – both workplace and personal conflicts
    • Development of communication skills
    • Burnout management and prevention
    • Low self-esteem
    • Establishing work-life balance
    • Life management difficulties, for example in the areas of career planning or finding a partner
    • Weight control
    • Difficulties maintaining a diet
    • Difficulties developing healthy habits
    • Difficulties giving up health-damaging habits
    • Difficulties related to lifestyle changes required for health reasons
    • Establishing a healthy daily routine for long-term physical and mental health
    • Everyday management of chronic illnesses
