Career counselling

When choosing a career, there are two important factors to consider in addition to admission requirements, which are the cornerstones of a successful career choice: career awareness and self-awareness. Our Foundation’s psychologists focus on helping young people to gain a new perspective on their motivations and the internal obstacles that may be standing in the way of their aspirations. We help young people facing a career choice to step into the field of conscious and creative management of their lives and to realise their potential with a healthy self-confidence.

When is it adviced to attend career counselling?

Who do we recommend it for?

  • Anyone who is about to make the first conscious career choice of their life and wants to make it independently and confidently

  • who are under so much emotional pressure to make a career choice that they see it as a burden rather than an opportunity

  • who has already gathered a lot of information to make a decision but is stuck in the „agony of choice”

  • who has already made a decision but would benefit from professional support in implementing it

Who would we not recommend?

  • who wants to be told what career to choose instead

“I have been very uncertain about my future for the last few years, but the career counselling helped me to clarify my goals and understand the options available. The counsellors provided me with a lot of information about different professions and courses, which helped me to make my decisions. I am now looking forward to my future with confidence and motivation.”
